Above charges are per hour, to include set up and clear up time. Rates last amended 2019.
Regular Users = Hirers who make at least 10 bookings in 12 months. Bookings to be made in advance to qualify for the nominal 10% discount. Community Groups = Voluntary, not for profit organisations, operating for the benefit of the community or a specific cause, qualify for the nominal 20% discount. Refugee groups, and groups working for racial justice will normally get a discount of 100%. We are proud to be a ‘Sanctuary Meeting’ and encourage a culture of welcome. Organisations working for racial justice are particularly encouraged to use the premises. Our lettings policy is non-discriminatory and reflects “our desire that our Meeting Houses be more widely used for the benefit of the communities in which they stand”. The well equipped kitchen, foyer and garden are included in the hiring fee,
but are shared with other hirers who may be using the building at the same time.
